学生抱怨
第一步:所有学生
所有的学生, regardless of course delivery modality or physical location, should first seek resolution for complaints by speaking with the instructor, 时任系主任, 然后是教务处.  Often resolution can be achieved if students schedule appointments with the instructor of record to address issues.   在部门一级, the next course of action would be to discuss the issue with the department chair.  Students are advised to resolve issues at the instructor and departmental levels first.  如果问题不能在这些级别上解决, there are other means by which a student may address complaints.  A comprehensive resource on student complaint and grievance procedures can be found on the 佩因大学 website within the 大学目录.  Students may also contact the Office of 学术事务 or the Office of 学生事务 for advice and guidance.

For questions concerning online and distance education courses or SARA-related issues, please contact the Acting Vice 总统 of 学术事务 and Director of Distance Education, Dr. M. 米德尔顿, 邮寄:教务处, 第十五街1235号, 奥古斯塔, Georgia  30919; via e-mail through mmiddleton@c-midori.net; or phone: 706.396.8102.

Step 2: Determined by the Student's Physical Location
位于乔治亚州外: If a complaint cannot be resolved through 佩因大学's complaint process (Step 1), 然后是NC-SARA州的学生, 包括除加州以外的所有州, may submit complaints to the Georgia Non-公共 Postsecondary Education Commission with oversight for GA – SARA participating institutions.  If a complaint cannot be resolved through 佩因大学's complaint process, students may file a complaint with the Georgia Non-Public Postsecondary Education Commission.   Below are links to the state agency student complaint rules:
